Mat Studio

Our Mat studio offers a range of formats designed to build strength, stability and awareness. From foundational movement to high-intensity sculpt, every class is rooted in control and precision.

Motion Foundations

The ideal introduction to the method. Focused on alignment, breath, core activation and building a strong base. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Motion Flow

A continuous, dynamic class linking breath to movement. Designed to improve mobility, coordination and body awareness through flowing sequences.

Motion Sculpt

A targeted format incorporating small props and resistance to sculpt, tone and challenge the full body with precision.

Motion Power / HIIT

Our most intense Mat format. High-energy intervals combined with controlled strength work for a powerful full-body challenge.

Pre/Post Natal

Dedicated classes designed for pre- and postnatal clients. Safe, supported movement focused on core recovery, pelvic floor strength and gentle conditioning.

Motion Signature

Our premium Mat experience. Instructor-led signature sessions that blend the best of all formats into one elevated class.

Precision-based movement on world-class equipment. Our Reformer studio houses 8 Allegro 2 reformers, offering intimate classes focused on control, strength and flow.

Reformer Foundations

The ideal introduction to both the machine and movement principles. Focused on control, alignment, breathing and building a strong base.

Reformer Flow

An intermediate offering. A more continuous, dynamic class designed to challenge the full body while maintaining precision, control and flow.

Reformer Sculpt

Targeted sculpting work using the Reformer's resistance system. Precise movements designed to tone, define and strengthen.

Reformer Strength

Our strength-focused format. Slower, more deliberate movements with increased resistance for deep, functional strength development.

Athletic Reformer

Our most advanced and energetic format. A powerful session that blends functional bodyweight movement with classical Reformer work.

Stretch & Recovery

A restorative format using the Reformer for supported stretching, mobility work and active recovery. Ideal for rest days or as a complement to higher-intensity sessions.

We recommend beginning with Reformer Foundations before progressing into Flow, Sculpt or Athletic Reformer.
